Full Refund Policy

The fee is fully refundable if the application is not submitted, if no suitable rental unit is available, or if the screening process is not conducted.

I understand that:
• I will be notified within 24–48 business hours of the application status.
• If approved, the Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent), the first month's rent, and one-half the Stamp Duty must be paid by electronic transfer within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Under Rent Control, the deposit is one-half month's rent.
